34 Ulmer & Berne LLP Attorneys Chosen as Ohio Super Lawyers for 2007.

Thomas H. Barnard is the former chair of the Firm's Employment & Labor Law labor law, legislation dealing with human beings in their capacity as workers or wage earners. Stephanie Dutchess Trudeau is a certified specialist in employment and labor law and has been handling trials since 1982. She defends claims of sexual harassment and all other forms of discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract and wrongful discharge. She counsels businesses regarding all aspects of employment including contracts, severance agreements, avoidance of employment lawsuits and compliance with federal and state statutes governing overtime pay, exemptions, and leaves of absence. Michael S. Tucker Brigadier General Michael S. Tucker is an Army General currently serving as as the Deputy Commanding General of Walter Reed Army Medical Center and North Atlantic Regional Medical Command. He serves under Major General Eric Schoomaker.  is a certified specialist in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. Michael practices in bankruptcy law and creditors' rights. Jeffrey W. Van Wagner has 25 years' experience in liability defense litigation, with an emphasis in health care. Frederick N. Widen concentrates his practice on representing real estate developers, professional corporations, health care providers and other clients in numerous taxation, real estate and employee benefits matters. He has experience in income, sales and property tax and criminal tax matters on the federal, state and local levels. Mr. Widen also assists clients in structure business acquisitions and dispositions, Section 1031 exchanges and real estate transfers.
