Jones Lang LaSalle Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is a major real estate and money management services firm headquartered in the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois and the only company in its industry making it into Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S.  has completed two subleases for ABN AMRO ABN AMRO Algemene Bank Nederland-Amsterdam Roterdam Bank (Dutch bank)  Bank N.V. at 335 Madison Avenue. Law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  subleased 29,805 square feet and investment firm Geometry Group Inc. subleased 4,306 square feet at the building.

The sublandlord ABN AMRO was represented by Frank Doyle, managing director, Barbara Winter, senior vice president, and Todd Vender, leasing specialist, with Jones Lang LaSalle's New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 office.

Bruce Rothman of Studley represented Quinn Emanuel Urquhart. Don Preate of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented Geometry Group.

"Quinn Emanuel Urquhart is a California-based law firm that recently entered the New York market and is expanding," said Doyle.

"Geometry Group appreciated the image of the building and the location of the property. The transactions allowed both subtenants to take advantage of the current economic climate to take space in a high-quality building."

Quinn Emanuel Urquhart and Geometry Group both signed for space on the 17th floor, with the term of the sublease sublease n. the lease of all or a portion of premises by a tenant who has leased the premises from the owner. A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  expiring in slightly more than three years.
