The building is located on the corner of Hudson and Vandam Streets in Hudson Square, a highly desirable destination for top-tier corporate users.

Travelocity signed a 5-year, 4-month lease. With asking rents in the building approximating $44 per square foot, the aggregate value of the deal is $3.6 million.

The GVA Williams office leasing team, led by Richard M. Warshauer, senior managing director, along with Eric Cagner and Peter Shakalis, represented the building ownership, Bristol Group, Inc. and Young Woo & Associates in the transaction.

"With its fully renovated modern appeal, 325 Hudson Street was an attractive solution for Travelocity for several reasons," said Warshauer. "The building not only accommodates the firm's space requirement of more than 17,000 square feet, but, more importantly, the building's management is building out the space quickly to allow the tenant to vacate To annul, set aside, or render void; to surrender possession or occupancy.

"The area is particularly desirable for companies like Travelocity. In the past several years, Hudson Square has gone through a transformation from serving primarily printing firms to becoming a destination of choice for creative firms and corporate tenants of all types," added Cagner.

Nathanael Pennington, Larry Tannenbaum and John Moxley of Cushman and Wakefield negotiated on behalf of the tenant in the transaction.
