32 Avenue of the Americas adds another new tenant to its roster.


Jed Johnson Associates, Inc., a nationally prominent interior design firm, has leased over 8,200 s/f of space for its new headquarters at 32 Avenue of the Americas.

The high-tech Tribeca office tower is owned by the Rudin family and is becoming one of downtown's hottest business addresses.

The company, which expects to move into its new facilities in the summer of '06, is relocating from smaller offices at 211 West 61st Street. The lease signing comes on the heels of deals with Cambridge University Press Cambridge University Press (known colloquially as CUP) is a publisher given a Royal Charter by Henry VIII in 1534, and one of the two privileged presses (the other being Oxford University Press).  (62,000 s/f) and ad agency Bartle Bogle Hegarty Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) is a British advertising agency, responsible for some of the more notable advertising campaigns of the last twenty years. The company was founded by John Bartle, Nigel Bogle & John Hegarty in 1982.  (43,000 s/f).

John Picco and Scott Vinett of Cushman & Wakefield represented Jed Johnson Associates in the 10-year leasing transaction while Robert Steinman of Rudin Management Company represented the landlord.
