The Univ. , Ill. -- An auction of more than a mile of Lake Michigan frontage covering 36 bluff tracts near Ludington, Mich., attracted 204 bidders last Friday, 31 of whom wound up spending $12,775,000 for the parcels. Schrader/Westchester, a real estate auction partnership based in Champaign, conducted the auction in conjunction with Brokerage Land Company of Jackson, Mich. The auction drew more than 750 onlookers from 13 states to the Ramada ra·ma·da n. Southwestern U.S. 1. a.
