300TH COMMERCIAL AIRLINER WITH USA TODAY SKY RADIO TAKES FLIGHT

WASHINGTON, July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The 300th commercial airliner equipped with USA Today Sky Radio's live, in-flight audio entertainment service took flight this morning.
"Our 300th installation ensures airline passengers will have a greater opportunity to listen to our service and benefit from the live news, stock reports, destination-city weather reports and catch their favorite sporting events as they happen," said William O. Hider, USA Today Sky Radio president.
With the 300th airplane installation, Sky Radio's around-the-clock news, money, sports and weather reports will be available to more than 150,000 airline passengers a day. Since its first aircraft was equipped in September 1992, Sky Radio has introduced live, in-flight news events to airline passengers including the Presidential Inauguration, the World Trade Center bombing and sports entertainment including the World Series, Super Bowl and the NCAA Final Four.
USA Today Sky Radio is currently available on most United 757, 737 and select 767 flights, most Delta 757 flights and, beginning this summer, will be available on Northwest's fleet of 757s and A320 aircraft.
