Odyssey
 Cinemas Ltd, which runs Storm at Belfast's Odyssey, is seeking a court order to scrap a contract to lease the premises until 2026.

It claims Village Theatres 3 Ltd kept it in the dark about disputes over loud music from a nearby bar.

Correspondence from Village Theatres in 2003 states: "Our business is suffering as a direct result of the action of other tenants.

"Many customers have advised they will not be returning. We had to give out over 300 free admits."

The case continues.
