        HD digital radio broadcasts on 300 of its radio stations
        across the country. The company is committed to the aggressive
        roll out of HD digital radio, having increased the number of
        its stations offering this high-quality listening experience
        by 50% over the past nine months.

        air on 95% of Clear Channel Radio stations in the top 100
        markets by the end of 2007.
