30-acre Sutton Park campus sold.


In one of the largest commercial real estate transactions so far this year in Westchester County, Louis Dreyfus Property Group announced today the sale of Sutton Park Sutton Park, in Sutton Coldfield, England, is one of the largest urban parks in Europe and the largest outside a capital city; it is smaller than Richmond Park in London,[1] but larger than the Phoenix Park in Dublin which both claim to be the largest in the continent. , a 30-acre corporate office park featuring a 100,000-square-foot office building.

Diamond Properties of Valhalla purchased the property for an undisclosed price.

Diamond Properties owns and manages 400 Columbus Avenue, 141,000-square-foot office complex near Sutton Park.

Located at 465 Columbus Avenue in Valhalla, Sutton Park North is a three-story office building with enclosed parking.

An additional 120,000-square-foot building is planned for the heavily wooded site.
