, a spa and beauty product company owned by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, has signed a new 29,610 square foot lease at Trinity Real Estate's One Hudson Square.

The company has committed to the Class A property in the heart of Midtown South for a term of ten years.

NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  represented Bliss World, LLC in the lease negotiations. Thomas Lynch Thomas Lynch is the name of several notable people:
  • Thomas Lynch (statesman) (1727–1776), South Carolina delegate to the Continental Congress
  • Thomas Lynch, Jr.
 of Trinity Real Estate acted on behalf of the ownership.

One Hudson Square, originally a one-million-square foot light manufacturing building located on Varick Street in Manhattan, underwent a multi-million dollar capital improvement project to convert the property to a Class A office building.
