Prior to joining 3-D Geophysical, he was Executive Vice President, CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  and Treasurer of Tuboscope Vetco International Corp., Houston, a publicly held company serving the energy and steel industries.

Koons held senior management positions at Tuboscope Vetco International Corp. from 1991 to 1996. White Jr., who was a founder of the company and served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of 3-D Geophysical from its inception in March 1995. White will remain as a Director and member of the Board's Executive Committee and serve as a consultant to the company. He also plans to form a private equity fund.
