3 charged over 'plot to kill PM' ARRESTS.

THREE men arrested over an alleged plan to kill Gordon Gordon, river in W Tasmania, Australia, 125 mi (200 km) long.  were last night charged with terrorism offences.

Two other men were still being held after police were given an extra seven days to question them.

The arrests were made by detectives investigating alleged threats posted on an extremist website in January by a group calling itself al-Qaeda in Britain.

Ishaq Kanmi, 22, of Blackburn, was accused of soliciting murder and backing terrorism.

Brothers Abbas Iqbal, 23, and Ilyas Iqbal, 21, both of Blackburn, were charged with possessing and distributing terrorist material.
