The homeowner saw the back door was broken into and allegedly found Mr. Demarco inside, the sergeant said. The homeowner called police and Officers Eric S. Spinelli, Michael P. Gervais and Sean T. Riley made the arrest. The officers then notified the detectives and Detective Daniel F.
