THREE people have been released on police bail after a stabbing on Anglesey that left a man fighting for his life. The 33-year-old victim was attacked in Holyhead in the early hours of Saturday. A police investigation was triggered when he was admitted to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor with stab wounds to his chest, arm and abdomen. His condition was last night described as "stable". The three men, one aged 22, and two 23 year olds, were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder In the criminal law, attempted murder is committed when the defendant does an act that is more than merely preparatory to the commission of the crime of murder and, at the time of these acts, the person has a specific intention to kill. .
