3 SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN SHOOTINGS AFTER VEHICLE CRASHES INTO WALL.

Three suspects sought in connection with the fatal shooting of two men in Mission Hills were arrested by police early Sunday after crashing into a block wall during a car chase.

Responding to a 911 call, police arrived shortly after 4:20 a.m. at an apartment complex in the 10100 block of Sepulveda Boulevard and spotted the suspects fleeing, said Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  police Detective Frank Bishop of the LAPD's Foothill division.

The suspects, all from Pacoima, were identified as 20-year-old Javier Contreras, 23-year-old Luis Flores

Luis Alberto Flores (born April 11, 1981 in San Pedro de Macoris) is a professional basketball player from the Dominican Republic. He is a 6 ft 2 in (1.88 m) and 195 lb (88 kg) point guard.
 and 20-year-old Jose Melendez.

Inside the apartment, police found Mission Hills residents Aaron Urquidez, 28, who was fatally shot in the head and Adrian Salmeron, 36, who was injured with a gunshot wound to the head, police said.

Salmeron was transported to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center Providence Holy Cross Medical Center is a hospital in Mission Hills, California, USA. The hospital has 254 beds, and is part of Providence Health & Services. History  in Mission Hills, where he died shortly after, Bishop said.

The 40-minute car chase ended when the suspects crashed into a wall at Workman WORKMAN. One who labors, one who is employed to do business for another.

Two men were caught in the car with injuries and the third, who fled on foot, was caught after police searched the area, Bishop said.

The suspects were booked on suspicion of murder. The motive for the homicide is unknown and is under investigation by Foothill Division detectives.
