The robbery happened about 10 p.m. Monday in the Creekside apartment complex in the 1500 block of Patricia Avenue, Sgt. Bob Gardner said Tuesday. The couple in the apartment answered a knock at the door and were confronted by three men wearing ski masks who pointed handguns at them and forced their way into apartment, Gardner said. ``They asked for a wallet See digital wallet. . and one of the victims took the money out of a wallet and gave it to them,'' Gardner said. ``They were robbed at gunpoint.'' During the three-minute confrontation, no injuries were reported and no shots were fired, Gardner said. After getting about $150, the suspects fled in a compact car. Police have not ruled out the possibility that the suspects deliberately targeted the victims' apartment, Gardner said. ``It's safe to say that it probably wasn't random,'' he said. This was the second home-invasion incident in Simi Valley in less than two months.
