3 Lincoln Center raises price on all condominiums.

The sponsors of Three Lincoln Center announced price increases ranging up to 6.5 percent, effective immediately, on the luxury West Side condominium's remaining unsold residences.

According to Adrienne Albert, president of The Marketing Directors, Inc., marketing and exclusive sales agent for Three Lincoln Center, this is the first time in the 1990's that supply and demand supported a price increase in a new condominium in New York.

Forty-three residences already have been sold at Three Lincoln Center since the sales office opened in late February, at prices averaging $411 per square foot and ranging over $500 in some cases.

Three Lincoln Center, located at Lincoln Center, rises 60 stories above the Upper West Side and offers direct physical access to the performing arts complex.
