3 HELD IN ROBBERY OF SAUGUS 7-ELEVEN.

SAUGUS - A Castaic man and two juveniles were arrested Wednesday morning on suspicion of holding up the 7-Eleven convenience store on Seco Canyon Road near Bouquet bouquet

 Officer Wendy Hahn said.

``Both were wearing bandannas over their faces, bandit-style,'' Hahn said. ``The officers exited their patrol vehicle and observed a gun in the right hand of one of the suspects.''

Responding to the officers' commands, both men stopped and dropped what turned out to be a pellet gun a gun that fires small pellets, less than 3 mm diameter, usually made of metal.

Officers also recovered $200 believed to have been taken from the store clerk, who positively identified the pair as the men who had just held up the store, Hahn said.

Jason Fitzwater, 19, of Castaic and a teenage boy from Castaic were taken into custody and booked at the Santa Clarita Valley The Santa Clarita Valley is the valley of the Santa Clara River in Southern California. It stretches through Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Its main population center is the city of Santa Clarita. The valley was part of the 48,612-acre (19,672.  sheriff's station.

A third juvenile suspect from Castaic was discovered hiding in the rear of a getaway vehicle parked in the convenience store lot; he also was taken into custody. Neither of the juveniles' names was made public.
