Held in conjunction with the Junior Chamber International, the Prime Training Program offered intense training focused on developing leadership skills and enhancing the leaders' ability to train others. Twelve local leaders, including several members of the SCV SCV Santa Clarita Valley (California) SCV Sons of Confederate Veterans SCV Santa Clara Vanguard SCV Singapore Cable Vision SCV Special Category Visa (Australia) SCV StarHub Cable Vision Jaycees participated in the program that was presented by Suzette Plaisted from North Carolina North Carolina, state in the SE United States.
