Most recently, Thomas worked at SCIENTECH, Inc. where he managed the human resource function for domestic sites and affiliations and subsidiaries in 10 countries. Prior to that, Thomas served as vice president of human resources at Qwest/LCI. Thomas also served as vice president of human resources at the National Headquarters of the American Red Cross American Red Cross: see Red Cross.  and held several management positions at Lockheed-Martin Corporation and Ford Motor Company.
