28,000 s/f lease signed at Comfort complex.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that TNS, a global market information company, has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 28,094 s/f of space at High Ridge Park Corporate Center in Stamford, a six-building Class-A office complex owned by George Comfort & Sons Inc.

TNS will relocate to the top floor of Five High Ridge Park, a three-story, 108,355 s/f office building, from its current location at 2 Pickwick Plaza in Greenwich where it occupies approximately 24,000 s/f. The move is expected to take place this summer.

High Ridge Park, comprised of a total of 583,000 s/f of space on 40 acres, can accommodate tenants with requirements as small as 2,000 s/f.

The property, themed "Office in a Park" to convey its beautiful campus setting, is undergoing major multi-mullion dollar interior and exterior renovations, all of which are near completion. Cushman & Wakefield's Stephen Baker, senior director, Christopher O'Callaghan, senior director, and Adam Klimek, associate, serve as the leasing team representing property ownership. CB Richard Ellis' David Block, Robert Caruso and Steven Swerdlow, represented TNS.
