The WCS will bring together professionals representing the wide spectrum of the industry--and will offer a rich interplay of ideas and solutions to help attendees prosper in today's diverse world of coatings. The program will include one day of short courses, followed by a 2-1/2 day symposium featuring 30-minute paper presentations. These presentations will be offered in separate, themed tracks to include Manufacturing/Operations, Formulation, and Management. In addition, suppliers will be invited to showcase their products and services related to these areas through tabletop exhibits. The Organizing Task Force has issued a Call for Papers seeking presentations on the following and related topics: Management Track * Economic Trends * Environmental Regulations (EMACT EMACT Eastern Massachusetts Association of Community Theaters ) * Effective Techniques for Training Formulation Track * Coatings for Paper, Wood, Graphic Arts, Aircraft, Electronics, Plastics * Future Directions for Research Production/Operations/Manufacturing Track * MON/MCM Implementation * Emission Estimation * HAZMAT Those interested should provide a 150-200 word abstract by March 4, 2005, along with contact information.
