Religious freedom, church-state separation, judicial review, and citizens' access to the federal courts were all dealt a severe blow on January 12, 1982, when the U.S. Supreme Court denied "standing" to me, three other individual plaintiffs, and a national religious liberty organization seeking to block transfer of public property to a church....
