Winick Realty Group has announced leasing 25,000 s/f of the magnificent retail venue at the base of the newly renovated and soon-to-open Empire Hotel (near Lincoln Center Lincoln Center

Founded in 1960, the chain started with three stores, named after the location of the company's warehouse between Duane and Reade Streets on Broadway in lower Manhattan.

Jeff Winick, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and founder of Winick Realty, along with Lori Shabtai, director of Luxury and Brand Retail, and Steven Baker, represented the ownership for the three tenants.

David Firestein of Northwest Atlantic represented Starbucks; Duane Reade was repped by Jeff Winick, Ann La Centra, Steven Baker and Lori Shabtai and Vivek Hans for Rejuvenate Spa was repped by Michael Stock.

The Empire Hotel space will also host P.J. Clarke's on the Columbus Avenue Side, a ballroom/meeting center space, a rooftop lounge/bar, a state-of-the-art gym, and two lap pools.
