25% of College Students Tackle Stress Through Exercise; Experience, Inc. Publishes Students' Thoughts on Diet, Exercise and Stress.

 -- Experience, Inc., the leading provider of career services to students and alumni, today announced the findings from a recent survey of more than 300 college students from around the country about their exercise, diet and stress-relief habits.

The survey found that many college students experience high levels of stress. To deal with everyday stress, 25% of college students turn to exercise.

Exercise and diet play a vital role in maintaining overall wellness for college students. The majority of respondents, 51%, reportedly exercise three or more times a week, with approximately 40% exercising at a fitness club or facility.

College students reported other elements that cause the most stress in their lives.
