237 Park Avenue tempts Beacon into NYC market.


Monday Properties, a New York-based development, ownership and management company, has announced that it has entered into a joint venture with Beacon Capital Partners to recapitalize re·cap·i·tal·ize

Monday Properties initiated the venture with Beacon Capital Partners in direct negotiation on behalf of Monday's prior partners. The company now shares ownership of the Class A office property with Beacon Capital Partners.

Monday Properties serves as the managing partner and leasing agent for 237 Park Avenue, which is located on Park Avenue between East 46thand East 47th Streets. "This transaction represents Beacon Capital's first investment in the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
