Realty Advisors Principals' Laura Pomerantz and John Brod represented Natori Company, Inc. in the transaction.

The deal represents a lease renewal and expansion in a strategic move for Natori to operate all aspects of business at the same location. Natori will relocate its showroom, previously at 40 East 34th Street, to join its design and merchandising departments at 180 Madison Avenue. Natori will occupy the entire 18th and 19th floors, and will become the largest tenant in the building with 22,324 s/f of space.

"As real estate decisions become more closely tied to a brand's personality, the consolidation of Natori's operations was the right strategy particularly because of the building's prominent reputation as a premier intimate apparel building," said Laura Pomerantz, Principal of PBS Realty Advisors.

In addition to Natori, 180 Madison Avenue houses important intimate apparel companies including Kellwood's L.A.
