NYU Medical Center leases approximately 164,000 s/f at One Park Avenue in addition to the new lease at 673 First Avenue. Commenting on the agreement, Steven Durels, executive vice president and director of leasing for SL Green, said, "The fact that we have been able to meet the long-term expansion needs of this valued tenant within our portfolio is a perfect example of our commitment to service and the quality of relationship we take pride in building with our tenants. We are very happy to have been able to facilitate NYU Medical Center's growth at 673 First Avenue." Located on the northwest corner of 38th Street and First Avenue, the 12-story building contains 425,000 of rentable square feet.
