21st Tire Industry Conference held.


Clemson University will present the 21 st Annual Tire Industry Conference, March 9-11, at the Hilton Head Marriott on Hilton Head Island Hilton Head Island

An island off the southern coast of South Carolina in the Sea Islands of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a popular tourist resort. The town of Hilton Head Island, on the northeast coast, has a population of 35,200.
, SC. This conference is aimed at the domestic and international tire industry, including suppliers and allied industries.

Ever-changing facets of the tire industry and the resultant consequences to the tire and automotive manufacturers and consumers will be the focus of this conference.

Session 1 will be moderated by Stanley E. Ross, Tire Industry Conference chairman and consultant. Presentations will include: "The North American tire marketplace--potholes or smooth pavement?" Greg Smith, Modern Tire Dealer; "The tire market in Asia: The industry moves east," Dennis M. Byrne, University of Akron Enrollment in fall 2006 was 23,539 students.[1] The school offers more than 200 undergraduate degrees [2] and 100 graduate degrees [3]. The University's best-known program is its College of Polymer Science and Polymer Engineering, which is located in a ; "Marketing motorsport," Peter Tyson, Pirelli Tire North America; "Practical aspects of item-level RfID implementation," Patrick F. King, Michelin-Americas Research and Development; and "The automotive industry and market: Some looming challenges," Michael S. Flynn, University of Michigan (body, education) University of Michigan - A large cosmopolitan university in the Midwest USA. Over 50000 students are enrolled at the University of Michigan's three campuses. The students come from 50 states and over 100 foreign countries.  Transportation Research Institute.
