21st Century Technologies to show approximate increase of $1.5 million in cash and $1.2 million Assets for 3rd quarter.

) Chief Financial Officer, has reported that 21st Century Technologies, 3rd quarter 10Q, due to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or before November 15th, 2003, will report an increase of approximately $1,500,000 in cash on hand and stock subscription receivables and an increase in assets of from approximately $1,500,000 at the end of the second quarter of 2003 to $2,700,000 at the end of the third quarter of 2003. The third quarter 10Q covers the Company's performance for the period July 1, 2003 to September 30, 2003.
