: TFCY.OB) announced that on Nov. 1, 2005, it filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court bankruptcy court n. the specialized Federal court in which bankruptcy matters under the Federal Bankruptcy Act are conducted. There are several bankruptcy courts in each state, and each one's territory covers several counties.  for the District of Nevada, being case No. BK-S-05-28185. Chapter 11 is the reorganization provision of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code that enables a company to continue operations while it attempts to restructure its debt.

The Company is a business development company operated pursuant to the Investment Company Act of 1940. It holds various enterprises as investments and seeks to grow companies in which it has an interest. The Company's current investment portfolio consists of prizeWise Inc., TransOne Inc., Innovative Weaponry Inc., Trident Technologies Corp., DLC (1) (Data Link Control) See data link and OSI.
