21st Century Technologies Inc. Answers Shareholder Inquiries As to Form 10-SB and Other Matters.

21st Century Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets: TEXN) today announced that it had completed staff level discussions with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the amended financial section of its registration statement filed on Form 10-SB.

Formal SEC comments should be issued to the Company soon, covering both the financial section and others. Although there can be no assurance as to the timing and content of the comments, the Company believes that the staff level discussions have been both a constructive and proactive approach to achieving comment-free status.

A number of persons still attempt to gain non-public information from the Company or to jockey inside information from our employees into Web postings. Again, the Company cautions that it does not endorse any Web posters and that the only information about the Company is from periodic filings with the SEC and press releases. Recent enforcement actions by the SEC against micro-fraud manipulators who seek to cash in on spreading rumors and misinformation about public companies for their own economic advantage demonstrates the severity of the problem in the cyber investment age.

In addition, shareholders who have requested information from the Company about the Form 10-SB status will share equal access to the information once it has been filed via Edgar and not before. Other shareholder inquiries, such as requests to review corporate minutes, should be directed to the Company headquarters in writing. As a matter of policy, general corporate and shareholder documents are available for inspection and copying at the Company's headquarters during normal business hours by appointment so as not to interrupt normal business. Due to the competitive nature of the Company's business it reserves the right to refuse inspection of any confidential or trade secret protected document.

An 8K regarding the acquisition of Bike Doctor was filed with the SEC on Oct. 2, 2000. The original 8K states that Bike Doctor has been a manufacturer of tire sealant since Sept. 26, 2000. An amended 8-K will be filed by the Company correcting that date to 1994 as the year when Bike Doctor began manufacturing the tire sealant. At the recent Inter Bike show in Las Vegas, the Company shared a booth with Bike Doctor. With manufacturing and established distribution channels in the United States, Bike Doctor will solve many of the problems of importing a tire sealant from South Africa and conducting quality assurance.

A new and revised Web site for www.texn.com is under construction to better reflect the Company's business and product lines. The Company anticipates that the Web site will be revised at least quarterly to track the reporting calendar of the Company with the SEC with aged material appropriately retired.
