(OTCBB:TEXN) Trident Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of 21st Century Technologies, Inc. has entered a sales and marketing agreement with The Marketing Associates, TMA Group, LLC.

The principals of TMA are uniquely qualified, based on past performance, to develop sales and marketing through an independent distributor network. Immediate sales efforts will focus on private industry with the receipt of grants for the near term and future sales.

Dan Spethmann, President of TMA, said, "We believe Seapatch and Promag are excellent products whose time has come. Our current working environment has tremendous emphasis placed on securing our personal well-being and assets. The challenge faced with the sale of equipment that is used to resolve problems that can happen, before they occur, has been an obstacle for Trident. Emphasis is now on anticipation and preparation and we intend to capitalize on this for everyone's benefit." Previous to forming TMA, Spethmann built companies providing supervisory control systems in the natural gas industry. These systems included safety and operating security systems.

Simon built Cellular Infrastructure Supply, a cellular equipment company from ground up, and together with partners sold the then three year old company for over $30MM.
