21st Century Technologies, Inc. CEO Returns to Limited Duty.

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 9, 2002

(OTCBB:TEXN). 21st Century Technologies, Inc. announced today the return to limited activity of it's CEO, Ken Wilson.

Mr. Wilson took a leave of absence in January to be at his Father's bedside during his illness. Following his Father's death, Mr. Wilson suffered a coronary attack, which required quadruple by-pass surgery. Mr. Wilson has been recuperating at his home and has been released by the doctors for limited business activity. A full recovery is expected. Mr. Wilson will gradually assume full duties as warranted by his recovery.

Mr. Wilson would like to thank everyone for their sympathy during his father's illness and death. Mr. Wilson stated, "During times of personal tragedy and illness, a person finds that he has many friends.
