Mr. Wilson took a leave of absence in January to be at his Father's bedside during his illness. Following his Father's death, Mr. Wilson suffered a coronary attack, which required quadruple quad·ru·ple

 by-pass surgery. Mr. Wilson has been recuperating at his home and has been released by the doctors for limited business activity. A full recovery is expected. Mr. Wilson will gradually assume full duties as warranted by his recovery.
