Arland Dunn, President and CEO of 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:TFCT), announced today that the initial round of funding from the company's investment banker, Compass Capital of New York City, will be completed well ahead of schedule. "This is a direct result of our conversion to a Business Development Company being accomplished on a tight schedule with no problems. We attained BDC status in the minimum statutory and regulatory time . Our initial Regulation E filings were accomplished in the same way. Encouraged by the professionalism displayed, our investment bankers are able to provide funding ahead of schedule. This is important to our present activities in seeking federal funding for our magnetic leak sealing devices, ProMag and SeaPatch, so that our nation's firefighters can equip their trucks with these necessary protections against potential terrorist sabotage and environmental damage."

The Company is seeking federal grants from the Department of Homeland Security for a five-year program which would provide approximately $180 million per year to our nation's 31,000 plus fire departments for the acquisition of ProMags, and in some instances, SeaPatches.
