21st Century Insurance Group Doubles Quarterly Dividend.

:TW) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per common share, payable March 30, 2005 to shareholders of record on March 4, 2005.

The declared cash dividend of $0.04 per common share represents a 100% increase over the $0.02 dividend declared in December of 2004. It also is the first dividend increase since December 2002.

"The increase in the dividend reflects the improved financial condition of the Company," said Bruce Bruce, Scottish royal family descended from an 11th-century Norman duke, Robert de Brus.
