:TW) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend today of $0.08 per common share, payable on March 30, 2006 to shareholders of record as of March 4, 2006. This represents a doubling from the $0.04 per quarter dividend paid in 2005. Further, the first quarter 2006 dividend of $.08 per common share will be four times greater than the first quarter dividend of 2004.
