21st Century Holding Company Announces Earnings Release Date and Updates Guidance.


LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. -- 21st Century Holding Company (Nasdaq:TCHC TCHC Tri-City Homeless Coalition (Fremont, CA) ) today announced that it will release its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2005 financial results at 3:00 PM on Monday, March 06, 2006 followed by an investor conference call at 4:30 PM (ET). The Company also announced that guidance which was set at $2.05 per share for calendar year 2005 is now set at $1.80 to $1.82 per share.
