21st Century Auto Insurance Expands into Florida; Auto Insurer Expanding as More Consumers Bypass Agents and Purchase Directly From Companies.

In Florida, insurers that use agents saw their market share drop 3.8 percent between 1999 and 2004, while direct-to-consumer companies saw their market share increase 2 percent.
