21st Century's Trident Expands Presence at Texas A&M University.

Nov. 13, 2002 (OTCBB:TEXN) Arland D. Dunn, President and CEO of 21st Century Technologies, Inc. announced today that a partnership that began 1999 between 21st' Century's Trident Technologies, Inc. and Texas Engineering Extension Service (TEEX), part of the Texas A&M University System, has been enhanced by the donation to TEEX of a ProMag Quick Frame II and a ProMag Quick Frame III for use in TEEX's emergency response training program.

The donations are the second round of donations by Trident to TEEX.

Claus-Juergen G. Casavan, TEEX instructor said, "This donation ...doubles the number of emergency responders who will benefit by becoming familiar with the latest technology." Casavan further stated that, "When the students come for training, they are very interested in this technology and always impressed by it." Utilized by the Hazardous Materials Instructors of TEEX's Emergency Services Training Institute, the Pro Mag Quick Frames are high-technology magnet-powered mechanical leak sealing devices which are very effective at sealing hazardous materials containers leaks and ruptures efficiently and economically. The Patch is used in 4 of TEEX's standard training class offerings. In addition to the recent donation to TEEX, Trident has made similar donations to the State Police of Louisiana and the Department of Transportation of the State of Colorado.

Mr. Dunn stated that, "The importance of these types of donations is the exposure which our ProMag (and SeaPatch) equipment receives during to the course of training of hazmat professionals. For instance, TEEX has trained over 1,000 hazmat professionals with the ProMag kit so far. Texas A&M requested the additional ProMag kits because they do training not only at their home campus at College Station, Texas but at other locations all over the world, and have need for the extra ProMag kits because of scheduling conflicts. These professionals are our future customers. These donations create future business. It is great advertising, as well as contributing to the public good."
