The License is to commercialize the use of a "state-of-the-art" Cryogenic Liberation Process. This process will yield three different finished products. The first being the standard "Crumb Rubber," the second product will be an enhanced Mechanically De-vulcanized Rubber, and the third will be Thermo-plastic/Rubber Compounds for the Injection and Extrusion Industry.
