20th Annual Fort Sill OCS Reunion.


The Field Artillery Officer Candidate School Alumni Chapter (FA OCS OCS - Object Compatibility Standard ) of the US Field Artillery Association held their 20th Annual Reunion at Fort Sill Fort Sill, U.S. military reservation, Comanche co., SW Okla., 4 mi (6.4 km) N of Lawton; est. 1869 by Gen. Philip Sheridan. A 95,000-acre (38,445-hectare) field artillery and missile base, it is the home of the U.S. Army Artillery and Missile Center. , OK on 3-4 June 2004. During the reunion, General Kevin P. Byrnes Kevin P. Byrnes is a retired U.S. Army four-star general, (1 of only 11), who was relieved of command in August 2005, apparently for adultery (officially for disobeying a lawful order from Army Chief of Staff Peter Schoomaker), after 36 years of military service. , Commanding General, Training and Doctrine Command, was honored during a Wall Dedication Ceremony at the FA OCS Hall of Fame (Durham Hall). General Byrnes (top, right) an FA OCS graduate of class 07-69, donated items that are part of a permanent display in the Four Star Room of Durham Hall. The other FA OCS four-star generals with items on display are General (R) Tommy A. Franks, General (R) Jack Merritt and General (R) John Shalikashvili John Malchase David Shalikashvili (Georgian: ჯონ მალხაზ შალიკაშვილი .

Other FA OCS Reunion highlights included the FA OCS Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, Honorable Order of Saint Barbara Saint Barbara, known as the Great Martyr Barbara in the Orthodox church, was a Christian saint and martyr, who lived in the third century. Her story
The hagiography of Saint Barbara says that she was born about 300 A.D. in Nicomedia, Bithynia in Asia Minor.
