2009 MIT Sloan Private Equity Symposium to Explore Maximizing Returns in Today's Uncertain Economic Environment.


CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- What are return expectations in 2009 for distressed investing, middle market, and emerging market deals? Will financial turmoil result in funds taking a larger operational role within their portfolio companies? Where do the most attractive investment opportunities exist in the energy sector?

On Friday, April 3, 2009, the 6th Annual MIT MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology  Sloan Private Equity Symposium: Finding Opportunity in Uncertainty will spotlight a distinguished lineup of speakers and panelists representing leading private equity firms who will address the evolution of investment strategies in a changing economic and financing environment. One of the top student-run private equity conferences in the country, approximately 300-400 industry professionals, academics and students have attended each year.
