The 2009 Georgia Nurses Foundation Scholarship recipients were announced at the recent 2009 GNA Convention & Membership Assembly in Athens, GA. GNA/GNF would like to congratulate the recipients of the 2009 Katherine Pope Scholarship and Annie Lou

Overton Scholarship. They are: Katherine Pope Scholarship: Julia (Juls) Phantavong, full-time BSN student at Georgia Baptist College of Nursing, Mercer University

Annie Lou Overton Scholarship: Jessica Pool, BSN student at Valdosta State University
