2009 Asset Building Coalition Summit Fast Approaching, Sponsored by OBee Credit Union.

TUMWATER, Wash. -- Does your work involve assisting limited-income individuals? Then plan to attend the 2009 Asset Building Coalition Summit on Tuesday, March 24 at Saint Martin's University's Worthington Center.

The Asset Building Coalition strives to form a seamless, integrated network of Thurston County providers creating an environment where people with limited incomes can become more financially stable. Members of faith-based communities, financial institutions, non-profit organizations, government service providers, and members of the community are invited to attend.

The Summit will feature a keynote video address by U.S. Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.). The event's focus will be on collaborations aimed at conserving resources with efficient referrals, improving problem solving capabilities, reduced duplication, and preparation for funding opportunities.
