INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH INSTITUTE

Conducts leading-edge information technology research for enhancing business performance, encourages student interest, and provides thrums for multidiscipline work such as the RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) A data collection technology that uses electronic tags for storing data. The tag, also known as an "electronic label," "transponder" or "code plate," is made up of an RFID chip attached to an antenna.  Research Center.

CENTER FOR RETAILING EXCELLENCE

Serves as a bridge between the University of Arkansas The University of Arkansas strives to be known as a "nationally competitive, student-centered research university serving Arkansas and the world." The school recently completed its "Campaign for the 21st Century," in which the university raised more than $1 billion for the school, used  and the retailing industry with educational programs for retailers and suppliers and creates learning experiences designed to interest students in the retailing industry.
