Shay Zach has been responsible for sales of over $20 million in the last 2 years. Zach serves as senior investment associate at Itzhaki Properties. Zach has brokered numerous development sites in the outer boroughs including properties in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, Bronx, Long Island City and Queens. He has also worked with clients on numerous site acquisitions for conversion and renovation projects in all five boroughs.

With such diverse real estate experience, he has become one of the City's top commercial brokers. Zach's intimate knowledge of all types of property has led him to sell over 500,000 square feet of prime real estate.

Sacha Zarba arranged a 65,000 square foot expansion for Estee Lauder's MAC division in SoHo.

Throughout his career at CBRE, Zarba has represented a variety of tenants across a broad range of industries.

Recent notable transactions include representing CUNY CUNY City University of New York  in its 45,000 square foot relocation to 25 Broadway as well as negotiating its $30 million purchase of 35 West 67th Street.

Zarba also represented Highland Capital Management in the lease of its first major New York office at 9 West 57th Street. In addition to the various tenants Zarba represents, he is Boston Properties' leasing agent for over 3 million square feet at 399 Park Avenue and 599 Lexington Avenue, and he is responsible for leasing approximately 155,000 square-feet in the New York Times' newly constructed headquarters building in Times Square.

DAVID ZELINSKI SENIOR ASSOCIATE, CB RICHARD ELLIS, LONG ISLAND OFFICE

David Zelinski was a key member of an elite team of brokers involved in carrying out numerous major transactions throughout Long Island. In 2006, he was involved in seven leases totaling 233,000 square feet and two sale transactions valued at $2.6 million.

Since joining CBRE in 2002, he has represented both tenants and owners in the sale and leasing of commercial property throughout Long Island.

Having a solid background in finance and a strong aptitude for the real estate industry, his market knowledge and motivation have become hallmarks of his success.

He has represented an array of prestigious clients including Nassau County, Reckson Associates (now RexCorp), Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company & Affiliated Companies is a group of large U.S. insurance and financial services companies based in Columbus, Ohio. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Albany and is an active member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island.
