2007's biggest RE merger is crowd pleaser.A Who's Who of the real estate world turned out to celebrate the marriage last week of Africa Israel's CEO in the United States, Rotem Rosen, and Zina Sapir, daughter of the founder of the Sapir Organization, Tamir Sapir. Donald and Milania Trump, Giuseppe Cipriani, Steve Schwarzman of the Blackstone Group, Tevik Ariff, of the Bayrock Group, Joe Moinian, Steve Witkoff and several leading bankers from Credit Suisse were among the 600 high profile guests at the ceremony performed at Trump's Mar-A-Largo retreat in Florida on December 20. "I made more serious real estate contacts at the wedding than in the last couple of years," said one guest who attended the star-studded celebration, which included performances by Lionel Ritchie, top Russian performer, Philip Kirkorov, and the Pussycat Dolls. who took to a specially erected stage at 3 a.m. "I'm sure most of the guests did a lot of business while they partied," added the wedding guest, who noted that Trump was among the last to leave at around 4 a.m. The Donald had earlier joined nightlife impresario, Amy Sacco, along with Cipriani and Rosen in a dance to music performed by Israeli superstar, Sarit Hadad. Rosen--who is known as the right arm of diamond billionaire and real estate powerhouse, Lev Leviev--wed his bride during a traditional ceremony carried out following a spectacular outdoor reception catered by the famed restaurateur, Cipriani, which also featured a cigar station where fresh cigars were rolled on demand. Following the reception, the traditional Chuppah ceremony was officiated by Rabbi Jack Simcha Cohen and the world-renowned cantor, Moshe Schulhoff, performed. The nuptials were followed by a 30-minute firework show and then a wedding dinner. "It was an amazing event," said the guest.
