Additional nominations may be made in writing by 25 or more members of the Institute. Pursuant to Article V, Section 3 of the By-Laws, any such nominations must be filed with TEI--1200 G Street, NW, Suite 300, Washington, DC 20005-3814--no later than March 31, 2006. As provided in Article II, Section 5 of the By-Laws, if only one member is nominated for a position, that candidate shall be deemed elected e·lect

; if more than one candidate is nominated for any position, the names of the nominees shall be placed on the ballot that will be mailed to all members at a later date.

The new slate of officers will assume office at the conclusion of the 2006 Annual Meeting of Members, which is scheduled for August 15, 2006.
