Mark Babineaux, JD, CHt is an attorney, mediator, collaborative divorce professional, forensic hypnotist, peak performance coach, and Quantum Focus[R] coach from Lafayette, Louisiana. He graduated from Infinity School of Hypnosis in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is on the advisory board of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association[R]. His hypnosis practice includes helping individuals and groups overcome destructive habits and fears, dealing with pain and anxiety, and improving beneficial habits.

Albert C. Bottari, PhD, FBHA, a Certified Hypnotherapist and a healthcare provider of more than thirty years, is a lifetime member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association[R] and a contributor to Subconsciously Speaking as well as other professional journals. He is an International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association[R] Board Member and a Diplomat of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association[R].

Donna Bretz, CHt, began her studies in the field of Mind, Body & Spirit in 1986. A Reiki Master/Teacher, certified Hypnotherapist, and ordained Minister, Donna is also certified in NLP and a Therapeutic Touch practitioner. She has worked in the human services field for 30 years, and has participated in health fairs, and has been invited to present at colleges and local hospitals. Donna is a retreat leader and a motivational speaker and has served on the board of the Erie Co. Alternative Health Care Coalition, IMDHA, and is a member of the Indiana Spiritualist Association. Donna holds many specialty certifications from IMDHA She is also the recipient of the 2005 "Women of Excellence Award."

Daniel F. Cleary, is an internationally recognized, Hypnosis Instructor. Teaching Hypnosis and Hypnotic Techniques throughout the United States and Europe to Doctors, Psychologists, Therapists and other Hypnotists, his specialties include Pain Relief and Personal Transformation. Dan came to Hypnosis as a sufferer of chronic pain. In 1978 he was partially paralyzed as the result of a motorcycle accident. Since that time he has devoted himself to developing techniques and approaches for the relief of chronic conditions. While still a "Chronic Sufferer" Dan has learned to shift the discomfort and participate fully in life.

Linda Cox is an IMDHA Advisory Member, a Certified Spiritual Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master teacher who has students and clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. Linda has been a student of A Course in Miracles for 19 years and facilitates a study group called "The Way of The Heart." Cheryl Croci is a hypnotherapist, in private practice for 15 years, a student of Infinity Institute, first certified in 1991 by the IMDHA. Cheryl studied energy work, became a Three-In-One Facilitator and Ordained Minister. Cheryl was initiated into holistic/spiritual healing by her 3 1/2 years experience of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Upon remission, she knew her mission was to teach. Cheryl's passion is metaphysical & spiritual healing/counseling/teaching that has extended to children. Helene Feldman, DCH, is co-founder and Educational Director of The Institute of Hypnotherapy, a State approved private vocational school in NJ. Dr. Feldman has her Doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Professional Diploma and MS in Educational Administration & Supervision, MS in Special Education and BA in Psychology. A former NYC High School Principal and former Director of Special Education for the city of Newark, NJ, she presently serves on the NYC Board of Education, Chancellors' School Improvement Team. Dr Feldman is President and a Diplomat of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association[R]; Faculty Member-American Pacific University; Fellow-International Hypnosis Federation; and Member-COPHO. Sue Weinert Hull, RDH, BS,CHt has had an active career in dentistry in the Midwest since 1973 and graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 1978. Her original hypnotherapy certification was through the NGH with continuing education and certifications through IMDHA, NGH and ABH. She opened her private hypnotherapy practice, Mind Your Potential, in Omaha, Nebraska and is also the owner and director of Mind Your Potential Institute which is accredited through IMDHA. Sue is dedicated to the use of hypnotherapy in dental practices for the benefit of patients as well as dental personnel and enjoys sharing her knowledge in workshops and seminars.

Phyllis Kaye believes in empowering yourself with the use of the subconscious mind and teaches how to tap into this knowledge using various methods; including self-hypnosis, positive visualization, releasing techniques and adopting new and effective belief systems. She holds several certifications in areas of Hypnotherapy and Psychic Development. She has appeared on TV and radio as a spokesperson for inspiring people to develop the power deep within by using the avenues of Hypnosis and developing their Psychic Awareness.

Chuck Kinney, LPN, BA, C.Ht, is a certified member of the IMDHA since 1994 and an acknowledged Instructor of Hypnotherapy. His career with the Michigan Department of Correction's most violent offenders provided vast training and experience in abnormal psychology. He owns Oscoda Hypnotherapy and Training Center, an IMDHA approved school. He has specialty certifications in Addiction Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanesthesia and Spirit Releasement Therapy and is known throughout north eastern Michigan's medical and dental community as a complementary provider and hypnosis teacher. His work and research with those abused physically, emotionally, mentally or sexually has helped untold numbers find total healing and recovery from past violence.

Jillian R. LaVelle is the Founder of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists in Bonita Springs, FL. She was appointed special Ambassador to China by the Citizens Ambassador Commitee in the field of hypnotherapy and represented the US along with a twenty-seven member delegation in 1994, accepting the honor delegation leader in 2001. In 1999 she received the Outstanding Clinical Contribution award by the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists. In 2001 she received an Award of Excellence from the International Hypnosis Federation. She received Member of the Year Award from the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association[R] in 2002. Janet Macy, Director and instructor of the California Professional Hypnosis Institute, www.calphi.net, and Registered and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, developed an interest in hypnosis in her early teens. Educated in the Midwest, Janet has always approached life from the framework based upon the golden rule. Her warmth and quick wit rapidly draws you into her inner circle. Originally trained by Dr. AM Krasner, and Dr. Richard Neves, Janet became a "student" teacher under the guidance of Dr. Jeanne Neher-Schurz. For five years, Janet apprenticed with Dr. Jeanne, teaching as well as setting up her own private practice and ultimately starting the institute in California. Kim Manning, CHt, consults clients at her practice in MI, where she works with physicians, hospitals and private sessions. She draws from a wide variety of hypnotherapeutic methods to assist her clients in reaching their goals. Kim is an international speaker and provides courses in the UK on Anorexia. Bulimia and OCD. Kim is an accredited trainer with the National Register of Advanced Hypnotherapists. Retha J. Martin, CHt, Diplomat of the IMDHA, is the thunder of the Retha J. Martin School of Hypnotherapy, North Coast Hypnosis Society. She is in private practice and also is an instructor in Ohio's continuing Education programs. Besides making frequent appearances on TV and radio, she has her own Complimentary Care television program, broadcast in North Central Ohio. Retha specializes in the practice of hypnotherapy for positive behavioral changes in children. She has received numerous awards including the Pebble in the Pond award from IMDHA as well as having received United States Congressional recognition.

William Mitchell, M.Div., PhD, FAAIM, is the founder of the Mitchell Institute for Professional Hypnosis and Personal Motivation Hypnosis Clinics. With four successful clinics in Illinois. he is often consults with hypnotists who wish to replicate his model for clinical practice. A Certified Instructor for the National Guild of Hypnotists, he has hypnotized thousands in group seminars, conducted over 150 stage events, and works with several hundred clients each year. He is an adjunct faculty member at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, IL sewing on their Complementary and Alternative Medicine Panel. William's academic degrees include a BA with a Missouri Secondary Teaching Certificate in Social Studies, graduate theological education, earned Master of Divinity, and a Professional Doctorate of Hypnotherapy and is a Fellow of the American Association of Integrative Medicine.

Roger Moore, MA, PhD, lost 110 pounds over ten years using hypnosis, healthy eating, and exercise. Robert Otto, IMDHA Diplomat, has conducted over 4,500 workshops and seminars reaching as many as 150,000 people. Considered a "World Class Presenter" by his peers, he has received many prestigious awards, including IMDHA Diplomat and in 2002 Pebble in the Pond Award. Robert was awarded the Innovative Therapy Award for his Vertigo induction and Educator of the Year by IACT. He served 5 years as President of the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame Guild and is a Board Member and Ethics Chairman of IMDHA. He works with hospitals and corporations and makes guest appearances on radio and TV. He is a regular contributor to professional journals. Debbie Papadakis, BCH, CI, a Master Hypnotherapist, an experienced Spiritual Psychotherapist, author, and a Certified Hypnosis Instructor. Diane Pope is a master's prepared nurse with degrees in Community Health and Psychiatric Mental Health nursing. Anne H. Spencer-Beacham, PhD, Founder and Director of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association[R] and Infinity. Institute International, Inc. She was the 1995 recipient of the International Hypnosis Hall of Fame, Education Sealah Award. The prestigious David Elman award was bestowed upon Spencer in 1996 as Instructor of the Year.
